Last updated 22 October 2026. This page explains what Link & Cite collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Readout request form: your name, work email, whether you're an agency or a business owner, your agency's name, website and number of client sites, the client website and page to fix, and optionally your brand colour and logo link.
- "Run this for all my clients" form: your name, work email, agency name and number of client sites.
- Campaign tags: if you arrive from a link with tracking tags (such as utm_source), the form records them.
Why we collect it
We use it to produce and send your readout, to reply to you, and to count interest in the paid plan. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Tally hosts both forms and stores what you submit.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and handles our email.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
- To produce a readout, we send your client's public website address and 5 buyer questions to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and Perplexity) and to DataForSEO. We don't send your name or email to them.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The embedded Tally form may set its own.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while we deliver the readout and follow up, and delete it when you ask.
